Kolkovna Friends | Lost card
Please pick up your new card at any Kolkovna Restaurants branch.
All you have to do is tell the restaurant staff that you have a damaged / lost card and you will receive a new one immediately.
Then perform the following steps:
- Log in to the Kolkovna Friends system >> HERE
- In the system, click on Card Management.
- Then enter the number of your new card.
- Click the 'Submit Card Change Request' button.
Your original total spend and any discount on the card will be uploaded to your new card within 24 hours.
